Why is my Nutritional Status so important?
Nutrient status is a vital foundation of health. Each micronutrient plays an indispensable role in promoting optimal cell function. When some cells do not function at their best, the foundation of our health is compromised, setting the stage for the development of the disease. Identifying and correcting nutritional deficiencies is an important step in the long-term maintenance of optimal health.
How is the I.V. Therapy administered?
The I.V. Therapy is administered while the patient is lying down or reclining in a comfortable position. The treatment is facilitated by a Registered Nurse who specializes in I.V. Therapy. A very small butterfly needle is used to minimize any discomfort. The treatment takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
What can I expect to feel during the treatment?
Some patients experience a warm sensation in their chest or lower abdomen during the treatment as well as being able to taste the vitamins being administered. As with most vitamins, you should not have the vitamin/nutritional I.V. on an empty stomach.
How often will I need treatment?
Patients vary in the number of treatments needed, but most require infusions once per week during the first month of treatment, once every other week during the second month of treatment and then once every 1-2 months depending on their condition.
How much does the I.V. Therapy cost?
A single treatment is $ 300.00. Packages are available as well at significant discount. A package of three treatments is $ 750.00 ( a $ 150.00 savings). A package of five treatments offers a further discount at $ 1125.00 ( a $ 375.00 savings).
